Secluded cabin retreat overlooking a 7 acre pond on 60 acres on a hard surface road. This new 16X32 cabin includes a covered porch with a incredible view of the pond and walking trail. The cabin is furnished with all the conveniences that anyone could need including heating and air. It includes a furnished living area and kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner hot plate, air fryer oven, washer/dryer, plates, utensils, glasses, pans, coffee pot etc. provided. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed ready with soft linens. The loft has 2 twin mattresses. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and tub/shower unit with towels provided. The fishing on this pond will provide hours of fun and a fish cleaning station is available for those who want to keep their catch.

A Weber charcoal grill and a wood fired smoker are provided as well as rock boat ramp. There is a fire pit right outside the cabin and dry wood provided as well.

The location of this cabin is perfect if you want to eat out or stock up on groceries as it is located only 10 minutes from Red Oak or Stanton, 20 minutes from Clarinda or Shenandoah and an hour from Omaha. If you need a full week of relaxation and/or fishing or just a weekend away, this is the place for you! Only outside pets allowed please. Smoking allowed outside only

We are a bed & breakfast home. The customers are offered the entire upstairs - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV room with 2 sofas, coffee bar, great room, and outdoor area. We offer a menu for breakfast. We also have 10 long term apartments.
